Device Support Services
Device Support services is providing a new type of end user device support. With 9 staff supporting 13 departments, our goal is to keep IT support embeded in within the department to provide personal IT support. Embeded IT staff will learn the individual faculty and staff in the department, their roles, their research and/or clinical functions, and all the other things that make the department unique.
In addition, each IT staff member has the backing of the entire DSS team to provide additional support when it is needed.
