BSDIS - Technology Solutions & Services offers specialized end-user support, featuring tech experts embedded directly within departments for personalized IT assistance that focuses on driving service success. These embedded IT professionals have a comprehensive understanding of the department's faculty and staff, their roles, and their specific research or clinical functions. Our services combine both in-person visits and remote consultations, aiming to deliver a seamless experience in collaboration with UCM IT and UChicago ITS. We aim to be a single point of contact, where multiple teams work synergistically behind the scenes to guarantee success.
